Storage of cooked milk rice in homogenuous conditions before conditionning (storage time up to 12H)
In order to maintain the homogeneity the rotation speed of the impellers distroyed the rice; lower speed creates sediments.
Therefore, the solution was to use a special impeller Eole 4, in order to maintain the correct homogeneity without distroying the rice
