Available in capacities ranging from 5 000 up to 30 000 l, the CTS tanks are ideally adapted to the storage of sterile finish products before conditioning.
The design of these tanks (dished bottom and cover, calculated according to PED) allows for steam in place sterilisation (3 barg - 143°C) and product holding under sterile filtered air.
These tanks are fully insulated (cover, liner, bottom) and jacketed to allow for faster cooling after sterilisation.
On request they can be fitted with either an HTPG4 three blade impeller or a PG-MAG magnetic mixer for optimum asepsis reliability.
