Pierre Guerin offers two ranges of bottom-driven Rotor-Stators, the Turbo-Agitator “TA” and “TR”, that compliments the range of top-driven rotor-stator, the Turbo-Agitator “P”.
The selection between the TA and the TR model depends on the viscosity of the final product and on the shear intensity which is required to get a stable dispersion of the discontinuous phase into the continuous one. The TR series is specifically adapted to higher viscosity emulsions where product stability requires high shear rates.
